Vision, Mission, and Strategy

Our Church Planting Philosophy

Jesus said, “I will build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.” (Matthew 16:18). Jesus Christ is the Chief Cornerstone, a solid foundation of Himself, on which the church was founded (1 Peter 2:4-8). The Church was established by Jesus Christ and is built on the apostolic witness of the truth about Him (Eph. 2:20). And the Church will prevail and fulfill its mission. Jesus Christ is the Master Builder of the Church and He is building His Church according to His pattern and purposes. We are co-workers with God in fulfilling the Great Commission.

Our Purpose

We catalyze church planting movement that accelerates the fulfillment of the Great Commission.

Our Passion

Our passion is to glorify God by creating healthy and thriving communities of fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ through multiplying healthy disciples, churches, and leaders in every community in Myanmar.

Our Vision

We envision a healthy church in every community in Myanmar.

We catalyze a movement of disciples who make disciples, churches that multiply churches, and leaders who develop leaders to accelerate the fulfillment of the Great Commission in our generation.

Our Mission

We provide Christ-centered leadership to mobilize churches and resources for church planting movement and equip, develop, and empower healthy leaders to plant and grow healthy churches that multiply healthy disciples, churches, and leaders in every community in Myanmar.

Our Ultimate Goal

Our goal is to glorify God by helping every disciple become a fully devoted follower of Jesus Christ through planting healthy churches everywhere for everyone in Myanmar.

“Speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him who is the head, even Christ, from whom the whole body, being fitted and held together by what every joint supplies, according to the proper working of each individual part, causes the growth of the body for the building up of itself in love.” (Ephesians 4:15-16)

Our Church Planting Strategies

We intentionally seek to see:

  • A healthy pipeline of new church planters across the country.
  • New church planters who plant healthy churches that multiply.
  • Church planting movements among unreached people groups.
  • Healthy churches with strong and healthy disciple making culture.
  • Healthy church plants that become locally sustainable within five years.
  • Effective church leadership and administration as part of a new church plant.
  • Local or independent churches that value the support provided by associations.
