The Agape University School of Leadership has upgraded its Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership Development to enhance the quality and effectiveness of teaching and learning, with the goal of delivering high-quality education and academic excellence that fosters ministry and leadership excellence.

Program Introduction
The Leadership Development Program is offered by Agape University School of Leadership in collaboration with Agape Church Planting.
Agape University School of Leadership offers a non-accredited leadership development postgraduate diploma program, specially tailored for church planters, pastors, ministry leaders, and mission leaders. The Leadership Development Program is designed to accelerate personal growth and leadership development, developing leadership competencies and empowering leaders to lead more like Jesus and to transform themselves, their teams, organizations, and communities.
Course Overview
The Leadership Development Program is designed to equip and empower leaders to learn to lead like Jesus, the greatest leadership role model of all time; develop their character, knowledge, skills, behaviors, and attitudes; improve their ability to make a significant impact and influence others; and effectively engage in intentional personal growth and sustainable leadership development.
The Leadership Development Program is a two-year accelerated postgraduate diploma program, truly one of a kind, Christ-centered, world-class leadership studies designed to equip, develop, and empower a new generation of leaders to become catalysts for transformational development, impacting all spheres of influence in Myanmar.
The Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership Development is a pathway program to the Master of Leadership Development offered by Agape University School of Leadership.
Course Modules
The Leadership Development Program is delivered through a virtual blended learning model, divided into ten mandatory modules:
- Module 1: Biblical Theology of Leadership
- Module 2: Serving Leadership
- Module 3: Authentic Leadership
- Module 4: Strategic Leadership
- Module 5: Small Group Leadership
- Module 6: Missional Leadership
- Module 7: Church Leadership
- Module 8: Organizational Leadership
- Module 9: Polycentric Leadership
- Module 10: Ethical Leadership
Course Credit
In our hybrid accelerated program, each modular course from the Core Courses is consists of 2 credit hours. Each core course includes 12 virtual classes over two months occurring every other week (2 hours per session, for a total of 24 hours of direct instruction), along with over 8 hours of student work per week and a total of 66 hours of studying, homework, learning and practical ministry outside of the virtual classroom, requiring approximately 90 hours of total student engagement.
Course Duration
The duration of the course is one year for full-time students including practical workbook exercises, virtual seminars, leadership assessment, and coaching and mentoring for leadership development.

The Bonus Modules will cover four main areas:
- Family Leadership
- Leadership and Mental Health
- Essential Management Skills for Effective Leadership
- Behavioral and Emotional Intelligence in Leadership
Upcoming Virtual Seminars
Family Leadership Seminar
Participants will examine God’s plan for the leaders and their families. The lesson will help leaders recognize the value of their family relationships and invest in them as the foundation of successful leadership. Godly leadership at home is a requirement for leadership in the church. (1 Tim. 3:4-5)
God’s call to family leadership always comes before His call to ministry leadership. In this Family Leadership Seminar, you will learn how to manage priorities between your relationships with God, family, and ministry. You will learn the biblical and practical priority of a family and be able to develop an Action Plan to strengthen your family relationships.
Your family leadership has a great impact on your ministry leadership. Because the way you lead your family will often be the way that you lead people. Understanding God’s plan for you and your family will help you prioritize your family as a leader.

The eligibility criteria for admission to the Diploma and Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership Development:
