Evangelism and Discipleship Program

Imagine you are part of a global movement of catalysts for disciple making that launches movements of multiplying disciples among unengaged and unreached people groups.

Program Introduction

Initially started as an Intensive Discipleship Training in October 2016 at the initiative of Agape Discipleship in partnership with Global Disciples, we have been privileged to equip and develop over a hundred evangelists and disciplers to reach the unreached with the gospel and multiply disciples making disciples.

The Evangelism and Discipleship Program is offered by the Agape University School of Evangelism and Discipleship in collaboration with Agape Mission’s Discipleship and Church Multiplication Initiative and Agape Church Planting. It is designed to equip, develop, and empower evangelists and disciplers to multiply healthy disciples who make disciples to do the same.

A paradigm shift in accelerating the fulfillment of the Great Commission in our generation: the DNA of the Disciple Making Movement is Discovering, Obeying, and Sharing God’s Word.

Zúme Training

The Evangelism and Discipleship Program offers online and in-person Disciple Making Movement training, coaching, and mentoring with Zúme Training.

Zúme Training is an online and in-life learning experience designed for small groups who follow Jesus Christ to learn how to obey His Great Commission and multiply disciples making disciples.

You will learn to start and lead your disciple groups and be part of a global movement of catalysts for disciple making that launches movements of multiplying disciples among unengaged and unreached people groups.

Training Sessions

Training Schedule

Zúme Training consists of 10 sessions, 2 hours each; or 20 sessions, 1 hour each; or 5 sessions, 4 hours each:

• Video and Audio to help you understand the basic principles of multiplying disciples.
• Group Discussions to help you think through what’s being shared.
• Simple Exercises to help you put what you’re learning into practice.
• Session Challenges to help you keep learning and growing between sessions.

A small group of disciple-makers will meet at a scheduled time on a Virtual Zoom Class.

Course Completion

Upon successful completion of the course, the participants will be awarded an Advanced Certificate of Evangelism and Discipleship from the School of Evangelism and Discipleship.

Gospel Outreach Team

The participants can get hands-on gospel outreach internship experience through our Gospel Outreach Team mission trips.

The Gospel Outreach Team (GO-Team) is a small group of disciplers who are evangelism and discipleship oriented and who will go beyond the immediate influence of existing churches, reaching the unreached neighborhoods and people groups with the gospel.

We are called to make disciples of all ethnic groups of the world. More than 45 million people of Myanmar have little or no access to the gospel of Jesus Christ. Over 3 billion people around the world have never heard the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Through gospel outreach in communities and disciple groups, we walk with new believers to help them grow to become a fully devoted follower of Jesus Christ, and equip, develop, and empower them to multiply disciples who make disciples to do the same.
