Agape Vision 2030 Church Planting Initiative

In 2020, the Agape Mission launched Vision 2030 with the goal of planting 300 healthy churches among unreached people across the country by the end of 2030.

We envision a movement of church planters working to plant healthy churches that multiply healthy churches to accelerate the fulfillment of the Great Commission. Our passion is to glorify God by reaching the unreached with the gospel of Jesus Christ through planting a healthy church in every community in Myanmar.

Our Approach

We partner with called, qualified, and strategically positioned church planters who are committed to planting healthy churches among unreached people across the country.

We work with like-minded local churches, associations of churches, and church planting organizations to accelerate the fulfillment of the Great Commission.

We serve as a mission mobilizer, training ministry, sending agency, and supporting team to accelerate church planting among unreached people in Myanmar.

We are committed to planting a healthy church in every community with a strong and healthy disciple making culture that will multiply healthy disciples and churches.

Become a Church Planter

A church planter will go through a healthy process of seeking the will of God and preparing for church planting to join a family of church planters working to plant a healthy church in every community in Myanmar.  

A church planter takes the initiative in establishing a healthy and vibrant community of faithful followers of Jesus Christ while leading a new church plant to engage, equip, and empower every disciple to multiply healthy disciples and churches.

Church Planting Fund

We are committed to providing seed funding for church plants to help them launch healthy churches that become sustainable within five years.

We will provide seed funding in the first five years of a church planting to help them become established.

Team of Practice Leaders

Our team of practice leaders and experienced practitioners is behind church planters to encourage and support them as they do the hard work of church planting.

Agape Church Plants are fundamentally biblical, missional, independent, healthy churches led by healthy leaders with their own leadership teams.

We desire to see:

• A healthy pipeline of new church planters across the country.
• New church planters who plant healthy churches that multiply.
• New church plants that reach unreached and unchurched people.
• Healthy churches with a strong and healthy disciple making culture.
• Church plants that become sustainable (self-supported) within five years.
• Effective church leadership and administration as part of a new church plant.
• Local or independent churches that value the support provided by associations.

Yangon Vision 2030

Yangon Vision 2030 is a church planting initiative that aims to plant 45 healthy churches among unreached people in 45 townships of the Yangon Region by the end of 2030.  

Mandalay Vision 2030

Mandalay Vision 2030 is a church planting initiative that aims to plant 28 healthy churches among unreached people in 28 townships of the Mandalay Region by the end of 2030.

Ayeyarwady Vision 2030

Ayeyarwady Vision 2030 is a church planting initiative that aims to plant 26 healthy churches among unreached people in 26 townships of the Ayeyarwady Region by the end of 2030.
